Qualified candidates should possess:
- Experience rolling out successful companywide initiatives
- History of developing training that will ensure others are successful
- Ability to evaluate efficiency of training programs company wide
- Desire to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Ability to travel 6 to 10 nights per month
